Use this form to tell us about a complaint, a defect, an accident or a safety problem with your SyncFlow Box. We investigate every report and reply by email.

Safety first: if the Box is hot, smells of burning, is damaged or has caused an injury, unplug it now and stop using it. In an emergency, call 112.
