Right of withdrawal

If you bought from us at a distance as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason and at no cost beyond what is described below.

The deadline

The 14 days start counting differently depending on what you ordered:

• For goods, such as the SyncFlow Box: from the day you, or someone you named, took delivery.
• For subscriptions and services: from the day the contract was concluded.

How to withdraw

Fill in the form below, or send us any clear statement that you are withdrawing. Sending it before the deadline expires is enough. You will get confirmation that we received it.

What happens next

We refund every payment we received, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we were informed. The refund goes back by the same payment method you used. For goods we may withhold the refund until we have them back, and you carry the direct cost of returning them.

Exceptions

If you expressly asked us to start the service within the withdrawal period and the service is then fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends. If you withdraw while the service has already started, you owe an amount proportionate to what was provided up to your declaration.
