Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SyncFlow service ("Service") provided by SyncFlow ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

SyncFlow is a web-based team dashboard application that displays events, schedules, notifications, and other information on screens, monitors, and devices. The Service is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and accessed through a web browser.

2. Account Terms

• Accounts are created by SyncFlow upon request. You receive a dedicated workspace with a unique URL.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when requested.
• One account is intended for one organization or team. Sharing account access outside your organization is not permitted.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload or display content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you create within SyncFlow (events, notes, notifications, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and Payment

• The Service is provided on an annual subscription basis.
• Payment is made via bank transfer. An invoice is provided upon signup.
• Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice before the next renewal period.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

6. SyncFlow Box (Hardware)

If you purchase a SyncFlow Box:

• The device is sold as-is, pre-configured for use with SyncFlow.
• Hardware defects are covered for 12 months from delivery.
• The device requires an active SyncFlow subscription to function.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

The SyncFlow name, logo, software, design, and documentation are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece) and applicable European Union regulations, including the GDPR.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
